I love my waist trimmer!!! I’ve tried other sweat vest but none compares to this one. It stays in place while working out and doesn’t hurt my back. I ran out of the sample sweat enhancer, but even without it, the trimmer has me dripping in sweat after a workout. I’m addicted now to going hard in a workout just to see the sweat dripping when I take the trimmer off.

I love this belt. It is very adjustable, which is great. It holds my core well. I wear it around the house and can tell a difference in bloating when I take it off. I also wear it at the gym. It will make you sweat more in the torso.

love this waist trainer! Very adjustable and comfortable! I hesitated when it came to the size because I already have a waist trainer that's a medium but I went ahead and ordered a size small!! I've had it for a few days and I feel that my stomach muscles had become stronger. It doesn't move while I am moving around and chasing after my one-year-old! It gives me enough Mobility to do what I need to do and achieve my goal!

This met my measurements for a small, however, it seems a bit smaller than expected. Also, it seems like a back brace that has color added to it. All my other waist trainers are of a fabric that causes sweating, this one seems, again like cotton/polyester material. I have yet to where it while working out, as I am a bit concerned how much movement I will have. I may try using it while lifting, however, I did originally buy it to be worn on high cardio or HIT days at the gym.

I use it at the gym during my workout, it feels great on my back and is very comfortable to wear giving great support and the hourglass shape that I am looking for. Also, there is no fuzz to put on and take off. Going to order my second one in different color.

Highly recommended body shaper! It is really good for exercising during my postpartum period. It did feel strange and tight at first, but I feel comfortable later. I wear it at home and it does help me to feel content without craving for snacks and it slim my waist. This product has very good quality and great value, it turns out to be a great buy!!

This belt will certainly pull you in. I wear a size 12 and I accidentally bought a medium and it still fit. I really like the additional straps, they give a lot of support. This is the best waist belt I’ve ever purchased. I’ve only had this belt on for an hour and my abs are burning. I can’t believe how weak my core is.

This product is made very well and definitely does the job. It's not flimsy and I've been wearing it for about a month and have no complaints. I wear this for about 8 hours a day and feel no pain. I do regular exercise so maybe it would hurt for somebody who doesn't and needs more support.

I bought this to wear during runs and it works as I'd hoped - holding my belly in and helping me to stand up straight while I jogged. It does get fairly wet from sweat but it seemed to dry quickly once I hung it up to allow it to air out. I would definitely buy this again.

At first, I thought it may have been too big and I would have to return it for a smaller size but it fits perfectly! I love the fact that it has the bone strips in the back to help me with my posture as I am a bit of a sloucher. Love the material. Very breathable and I love the double adjustment for a tighter more comfortable fit. Would be great for a gym workout or a walk.
